Chengcui Zhang received her Ph.D. from the School of Computer Science at Florida International University, Miami, Florida in May 2004. She also received her Master's and Bachelor's degrees from the College of Computer Science in ZheJiang University, HangZhou, P. R. China, in March 1999 and July 1996.
