UAB's student chapter of the ACM runs a tutoring program for CIS undergraduates. Each semester, tutoring is available for CS201, CS250 and CS302. In addition, there are usually some tutors capable of tutoring for higher level classes. For example, in Spring 2009, we also have tutors available for CS303, CS330, CS350 and CS401. This service is available free of charge for CIS majors and minors in these classes. The tutoring facility is located in CH134 (in the Campbell Hall atrium). No appointment is necessary. Please refer to the ACM website for the tutoring schedule. The schedule is usually available by the third week of the semester.
