UAB Programming Teams Take First and Second at BearingPoint Competition

On March 28th, 2009, UAB sent two teams to the BearingPoint Programming Competition: the UAB Drakes (Jeff Frees, Eric Frees, and Patrick Butler) and the UAB Hydras (Yu Chang, Robert Cloud, and Daniel Mondy). The Drakes took second place and the Hydras took first place among a field of teams from universities from Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Congratulations Drakes and Hydras!
