Developing the latest version of the Instructional Networking Lab

The first Instructional Networking Lab was established in the CIS Department in 1993, with support from an NSF grant. In the 12 years since then, the lab has been periodically updated.

During the Fall of 2004 and in early 2005 Mike Jackson performed the latest reorganization of the lab, including installation of new hardware and software. The first four photographs below were made as Mike put the finishing touches to the latest version of the lab.

The students entered the new lab for the first time in February, 2005
