Breakfast is available at the Cafe Beach Restaurant from 7:00 A.M.
starting at $7.95.

Parking at the hotel is free.

Validity and Conditions

The EDOC Conference accommodation rate is only valid until Friday,
August 20, 2004. Any accommodation rooms booked after this time may not
have access to the special rate.

Should any guests wish to stay in the hotel either before or after the
conference period, the above rate shall apply from Sunday, September 19,
until Sunday, September 26 (subject to availability).
Any guest wishing to stay longer than this seven day period must
re-negotiate his/her rate.

Should the Hotel receive any cancellations of rooms within 48 hours of
the arrival date, or "no shows", i.e. guests not arriving for
reservations held, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the full
amount of the first night's accommodation to his/her credit card.
