In Assignment #2, you were asked to propose a topic in programming languages for a research report. This assignment is to complete that research report. The first page should be a title page with the title and your name. The second page should be a 100 (or less) word abstract which gives an executive summary of your report. The body of your report should be a maximum of 10 pages in 12 point font. The final pages of your report should be a bibliography of the relevant references in this area. You will be graded for clarity in writing and organization, completeness and correctness.
