Eric Frees is the recipient of the 2009 UAB National Alumni Scholarship in honor of Ms. Julie Hanna, who was named the Society's Distinguished Alumnae in 2008. Eric was formally recognized at the 2009 NAS Scholarship Reception by President Garrison on October 6, 2009.
